日本东京大学Kyoko Nozaki教授访问重点实验室

2016年12月12日,日本东京大学Kyoko Nozaki教授应元素有机化学国家重点实验室邀请作为南开大学有机化学讲座教授访问重点实验室。南开大学有机化学讲座是一个全天的系列学术活动,Nozaki教授在与重点实验室固定研究人员及研究生同学进行面对面的学术交流之余,下午4点在元素所合成楼学术报告厅作了题为“Strong Electron Donors as Ligands and Their Role in Catalysis”的报告。


在学术报告开始之前,周其林院士代表重点实验室向Nozaki教授颁发了“南开大学有机化学讲座”的奖牌。Nozaki教授主要从事高分子和有机合成中的均相催化反应研究,在报告中Nozaki教授详细讲述了她们课题组设计并合成强电子给体配体及其金属配合物的研究工作,以及它们作为高效催化剂在聚乙烯和聚丙烯等高分子聚合物的催化合成,甚至是天然产物合成中的应用。Nozaki教授丰富的学识,细致的讲解以及妙趣横生的语言给师生们带来了一场非常具有启发性的报告。会后,重点实验室师生就配体合成和金属配合物催化聚合反应中的细节问题,以及这些金属催化剂在更复杂天然产物合成中的应用和Nozaki教授进行了深入讨论。
